Welcome!
This website is your step-by-step guide to navigating the entire U.S. Green Card journey—based on real, personal experience. Whether you're just starting out with the Diversity Visa Lottery or already packing your bags for the U.S., you’ll find practical help here every step of the way.
From applying for the Green Card and submitting the DS-260 form, to preparing for your Consulate Interview and eventually building your life in the U.S.—I cover it all. That includes getting your Social Security number, opening a bank account, securing health insurance, getting a driver's license, and everything else you need to settle in confidently.
I’ve created detailed articles organized by stage in your journey. Are you applying to the Diversity Lottery? Have you already won? Are you prepping for the Consulate Interview or just landed in the U.S.? Whatever your situation, just jump to the article that fits your stage—and go from there.
I use checklists, pictures, and clear language to make things as straightforward as possible. No vague sentences. Just actionable steps and honest advice from someone who’s been through it.
Why I built this
I won the Green Card and moved to the U.S. myself. Along the way, I made countless mistakes, figured out what works, and realized just how confusing this process can be—especially when you’re on your own.
I built this blog so you don’t have to go through the same trial and error. With the right guidance, you don’t need to spend thousands on lawyers or waste hours on scattered online forums. You just need someone who's done it before and wants to help.
